Founded by Aurélien and Andrés, WeTasteParis was born from a shared love for the flavors, traditions, and stories that define French cuisine. With a combined 22 years of experience in the culinary world, including stints at Michelin-starred restaurants and under the mentorship of iconic chef Alain Ducasse, we’ve honed our craft to bring you under the skin of Paris’s food scene.

Andrés
Certified Sommelier, Chef & Cheese Specialist
With 17+ years in Paris perfecting his culinary craft, Andrés trained at the renowned FERRANDI culinary school and worked in Michelin-starred restaurants. His passion for sustainable, local ingredients and traditional techniques brings depth to every tasting. He assisted the European Champion bread maker at le Cordon Bleu International School. He is a certified wine educator and WSET wine diploma sommelier with a specialization in Champagne. He has the Level 1 associate certification from the Academy of Cheese.
Aurélien
French Wine & Cheese Specialist
Born into a family of Breton fishermen and Béarnais foie gras producers, Aurélien brings authentic French culinary heritage to every experience. Trained at France’s most prestigious culinary schools with French Wine Scholar & Champagne-master level certification, he specializes in traditional French cheeses and wine education.
