We’ve led hundreds of bespoke, fun, relaxed, “under the skin of the city” culinary tours and have a combined 22 years of working in French cuisine, including stints for Michelin-starred restaurants and iconic chef Alain Ducasse – so you’re in good hands with either one of us!
Aurélien hails from a family of Breton fishermen and Béarnais foie gras producers, and has lived in France, Singapore and Canada. He specialises in traditional French cheeses and obtained the French Wine Scholar diploma with highest honors.
Andrés has spent more than 14 years in Paris honing his culinary skills and knowledge. Starting in 2008 at the famous FERRANDI, L’école de cuisine et hôtelière, he learned the hard way the fine art of pastry and cuisine, apprenticing in noted Michelin-starred restaurants. Discovering a more epicurean penchant, he then left to study for the globally recognised Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET) diploma and the Champagne Master-Level program. His passion is to visit wine producers in sustainable vineyards around the world.
Our intention is that you derive inspiration from how food is made and consumed. We also want people to have fun and be social! Our aim is to create an inspiring experience through carefully curated food and wine tastings.

In addition, we support the small guys. We visit independent shops and promote purveyors who procure traditional, handmade goods. We care about sustainability, wholly seasonal, artisan goods and sustainable production methods.
All in all, Both of us are passionate food and wine educators who believe that health, happiness and a fulfilling life begin with the taste buds.
