With 17+ years in Paris perfecting his culinary craft, Andrés trained at the renowned FERRANDI culinary school and worked in Michelin-starred restaurants. His passion for sustainable, local ingredients and traditional techniques brings depth to every tasting. He assisted the European Champion bread maker at le Cordon Bleu International School. He is a certified wine educator and WSET wine diploma sommelier with a specialization in Champagne. He has the Level 1 associate certification from the Academy of Cheese.
